Prologue: Meanwhile, in London... Escape may have been the easy part. What do you do when you're a teen mutant on the run from some very bad dudes without a penny or a prayer? Why, you do the only thing you can do: mooch off of your friends abroad. Er. Your sort of a friend?

( Where are we supposed to go from here? What do we do for food and shelter? I don't suppose you're secretly a track and field star like the other one who got the cushy full-ride scholarship at that posh American school, because that would be dead useful right now. )
